How to make a complaint
Email us at complaints@billbetter.com.au. Please include as much detail as possible about your concern. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 1 business day and resolve them within 5 business days.
External dispute resolution
If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner for privacy-related complaints, or the Australian Energy Regulator for concerns about energy comparison services.
Complaints about a retailer
If your complaint is about an electricity retailer rather than BillBetter, please contact that retailer directly. If unresolved, your state energy ombudsman can help:
